     David first entered Real Estate in 2004. Having a background in customer service, it seemed like a natural progression. After becoming licensed and choosing Coldwell Banker as the BEST option for a successful career, he began learning the tools of the trade. The training at CB is second to none, and David found he had the skills to provide clients with the highest level of service possible.

     Within a few years, the market, as in almost all industries, was devastated by the nationwide recession. Through perseverance and hard work, he weathered the storm only to become more skilled and experienced in getting Buyers and Sellers to the Closing table.

     With the recent upswing in the market, there has been a new crop of agents ready to try their hand at the real estate business. New agents are joining the market in increasing numbers, seeing an opportunity to make a career in Real Estate. Since 2013, David has been recognized as being an agent in the top 14% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. Closing 20 transactions per year for the last two years, and being recognized as a member of Coldwell Banker's Sterling Society for his achievements.
